Irvine Partners in Cape Town is seeking a Junior- Mid Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to social content, campaigns and client work across Africa, the UK and Germany. You will translate ideas into visually engaging assets, maintain brand guidelines, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with strategists, creatives and communications professionals in a fast-paced agency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a graphic design role, internship in an agency environment.
• Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Strong proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva; PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work across both digital and print formats.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design social media content and campaign assets across multiple platforms.
• Create digital marketing materials including banners, infographics, email graphics and web assets.
• Develop visual content for client campaigns, PR initiatives and integrated communications programmes.
• Assist with concept development and creative ideation sessions.
• Adapt and resize artwork across multiple formats and channels.
• Support the creation of branded content, thought leadership reports and presentation materials.
• Design agency marketing materials, credentials decks and new business proposals.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Prepare final artwork and files for digital and print production.
• Support multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
