On Tap is looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join our head office team.
This is a hands‑on role where creativity meets collaboration — you'll be designing, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives that support both our brand and our stores nationwide. We need someone who can portray clean, modern design, while ensuring marketing messaging is tasteful, educational, and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities Design Create visually compelling assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, in‑store promotions, and print. Translate marketing messaging into clean, educational, and effective design. Develop graphics for promotions, campaigns, product launches, and events. Maintain brand consistency across all design work. Marketing Support Assist with the planning, coordination, and rollout of marketing campaigns. Respond to and engage with followers across social media platforms. Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns. Support the marketing team with promotions, competitions, and events. Contribute fresh ideas to campaigns, promotions, and digital storytelling.
What We're Looking For Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and clean aesthetics. Ability to think laterally and outside the box — design that educates and communicates clearly. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
Experience with social media content creation and scheduling. Good understanding of email marketing platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A team player with a positive attitude, who is willing to learn and take on diverse tasks. Self‑motivated and able to work without micromanagement, while open to guidance and feedback. Someone who can take ownership and lead when needed, with a strong work ethic and integrity.
