Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking talented and imaginativeGraphic Designers to join our expanding freelance and remote creative team.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong visual sense, a passion for innovative design, and the ability to turn concepts into compelling digital visuals.

As a remote freelancer, you will collaborate with our marketing, branding, and product teams to design assets that enhance user experience, strengthen brand identity, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver creative visual assets including digital ads, social media graphics, web layouts, infographics, presentations, and branding materials

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design needs and provide visual solutions

Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Use data and feedback to iterate and improve designs

Present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback accordingly

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility across various digital design formats

Solid understanding of typography, layout, and color theory

Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality design

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of professional design experience (freelance or in-house accepted)

Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or branding design is a plus

Experience working in remote or cross-functional teams is desirable
