Job summary

Greenpark is seeking a graphic designer to design cross-channel experiences and implement accessible, human-centred visuals. You will collaborate with marketers to translate briefings into production-ready assets and simple logos, while upholding Greenpark’s values of collaboration and openness.

The role requires strong English and German language skills, plus a portfolio showing pharma-related design work and production specs experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
• Good business English language skills.
• German language skills to flow German copy into designs daily.
• French (or other European) language skills are desired but not essential.
• Experience with pharma/health technology is a plus.
• A portfolio demonstrating ideas, concepts and human-centred design, pharma brand examples are a plus.
• Experience creating production specs/assets and working with marketers for deployment.

About you

• Experience in designing cross-channel experiences

• Ability to drive and close on design requirements independently

• Implementing best practices in accessible design

• Experience or familiarity with agile marketing and processes

• Experience working in an agile environment is a plus

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Theability to create simple designs, simple logos and do low-complex ideation

Must Have:

• Experience creating production specs/assets,working directlywith marketeers ready for deployment.

• Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation, iconography production,illustration,branding, and interaction designis a plus.

• Experience with a variety of designtools and services (Adobe Suite, Figma, Invision, Microsoft Word/ PPT)
