Job summary

ART MAYBE is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team in Cape Town. We’re a creative agency and production company working across brand, advertising, content and commercial production, and we’re looking for someone who can help us deliver strong, considered design work across a wide range of client touchpoints.

This role will work closely with our Senior Designer and wider creative team, supporting the development and rollout of campaigns across digital, social, retail

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and design execution
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing across both digital and physical formats
• Comfortable taking a campaign from a master creative through to a full 360 rollout
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly without compromising design quality
• Comfortable receiving feedback and developing work collaboratively
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
• Good understanding of preparing final artwork for different platforms and formats

We’re a creative agency and production company working across brand, advertising, content and commercial production, and we’re looking for someone who can help us deliver strong, considered design work across a wide range of client touchpoints.

This role will work closely with our Senior Designer and wider creative team, supporting the development and rollout of campaigns across digital, social, retail and physical environments.

We’re looking for someone who is creatively sharp, technically strong and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where briefs can range from developing a new campaign look and feel to rolling out multiple assets across different formats.

Bonus

Experience with basic video editing or motion content is a plus.

Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar software would be great, but isn’t essential for the role.

Experience

We’re ideally looking for someone with around 2-4 years of professional design experience, whether within an agency, studio, in-house creative team or similar environment.

Ultimately, the quality of your portfolio and your ability to think creatively matter most.

Location

Cape Town-based applicants are preferred.
