Job summary

Hyphen Creatives is seeking a talented Graphic Designer who brings a passion for creativity and visual problem-solving. You will translate briefs into high-quality artwork across digital and print, ensuring brand consistency and innovative design solutions.

The role requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, web development awareness, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to support multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Graphic Design degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ Graphic Design experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Web development skills are a plus.
• Strong conceptual abilities and client-brief interpretation.
• Out-of-the-box thinking with modern design ideas.
• Excellent eye for design and detail.
• Self-motivation and initiative.
• Ability to manage projects from brief to completion.

Responsibilities

• Receive, understand and follow design briefs from clients and strategists to deliver the best creative solution.
• Conceptualise and design innovative ideas and high-quality artwork.
• Set creative direction within brand guidelines and identity.
• Create and design materials for digital and print.
• Design across multiple digital channels, including website development.
• Solve brand challenges with innovative designs with the Brand Strategist.
• Work with various media and graphic design software.
• Design communications for internal and external use (newsletters, branding, mailers).
• Communicate with stakeholders on design projects.
• Contribute to team brainstorms and concept development.
