A leading design agency is looking for a creative Designer in Verulam, South Africa, to conceptualise and design Point of Purchase solutions. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in graphic design, solid experience in 3D and multimedia design, and at least 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer. This self‑starter, with high attention to detail, will be responsible for ensuring that all designs are of the highest quality and comply with company design standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualising and producing design material for point of purchase products
• Compiling presentations
• Taking briefs and revisions
• Brainstorming, inquiring, consulting, researching and referencing
• Conceptualisation / Ideation / Rough Sketching
• Translation of ideas onto design software that is structurally sound and viable for Application
• Applying a wide range of manufacturing processes or technologies into design
• Constant communication and reviewing with Account Executive, Creative / Art Director(s)
• Comprehensive filing of design files / info
• Quality Checks of prototypes before presentation or production
• Design, layout and electronic preparation for repro

Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in graphic design is preferred
