Graphic Designer – Content & Marketing (Part-Time, 2–3 Days Per Week)

Location: Remote (South Africa preferred)
Commitment: Part-time, 2–3 days per week (Full-time possible)

Responsibilities
  • Design LinkedIn and social media visuals, carousels, and short‑form videos (Reels / Clips)
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, one‑pagers, case studies, and digital ads
  • Assist with the visual identity of campaigns and brand guidelines across channels
  • Collaborate on content planning and creative concepts for weekly posts and campaigns
  • Edit and repurpose content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Support the team in maintaining a consistent, high‑quality look across all branded materials
  • Use ChatGPT or other AI tools for brainstorming creative ideas and headlines
Qualifications
  • Graphic design qualification or certification (degree, diploma, or equivalent)
  • 1–3 years' experience in design or marketing content creation
  • Experience designing for B2B audiences or corporate campaigns
  • Strong command of Canva, plus familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign
  • Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Video)
  • Eye for layout, color, and brand consistency
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines independently
  • Bonus: experience designing for finance, tech, or professional service brands
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn design formats and best practices
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (ad creatives, CTAs, engagement design)
