Graphic Designer – Content & Marketing (Part-Time, 2–3 Days Per Week)
Location: Remote (South Africa preferred)
Commitment: Part-time, 2–3 days per week (Full-time possible)
Responsibilities
- Design LinkedIn and social media visuals, carousels, and short‑form videos (Reels / Clips)
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, one‑pagers, case studies, and digital ads
- Assist with the visual identity of campaigns and brand guidelines across channels
- Collaborate on content planning and creative concepts for weekly posts and campaigns
- Edit and repurpose content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Support the team in maintaining a consistent, high‑quality look across all branded materials
- Use ChatGPT or other AI tools for brainstorming creative ideas and headlines
Qualifications
- Graphic design qualification or certification (degree, diploma, or equivalent)
- 1–3 years' experience in design or marketing content creation
- Experience designing for B2B audiences or corporate campaigns
- Strong command of Canva, plus familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Video)
- Eye for layout, color, and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines independently
- Bonus: experience designing for finance, tech, or professional service brands
- Knowledge of LinkedIn design formats and best practices
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (ad creatives, CTAs, engagement design)
