Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 12 months with potential to extend.

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to play a key role in their internal creative agency. The role involves supporting the creation of marketing materials across print and digital formats, including marketing literature, advertising, event assets, social media content, video editing, and animation. The Graphic Designer will act as a brand champion, ensuring the consistent and effective application of the brand’s visual identity.

What you will do:

• Design and update marketing materials for all print and digital formats, including marketing literature, advertising, assets for online and in-person events, social media, video editing, and animation.
• Apply, monitor, and promote the brand across all communications created.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s visual identity.
• Support the Head of Design on larger projects.
• Regularly check social media channels to ensure visual identity is consistent.
• Build, maintain, and promote positive, collaborative, and close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the first line of defence to ensure that materials comply with current regulations, ensuring all designed items are clear, fair, not misleading, and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Liaise with agency partners, printers, and suppliers as required to produce and print materials.
• Bring design knowledge, ideas, and creativity to briefs, improving and making suggestions to add additional value as a designer.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in graphic design.
• Fully proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and Acrobat.
• Skilled in creating HTML5 animated advertising banners.
• Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of print and digital production processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and follow verbal direction as required.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and able to apply them consistently.
• Comfortable adapting core creative concepts across multiple media formats.
• Knowledgeable in UX/UI design principles.
• Able to follow brand guidance while identifying opportunities to enhance or apply new creative executions.
• Positive self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to articulate and convey concepts clearly and compellingly.
• Keen eye for design with a strong passion for marketing and advertising.
• Collaborative team player, willing to contribute across all aspects of the business.
• Prepared to work closely with other creative professionals, sharing ideas, insights, and observations on marketing, design, and branding.
