Role Overview
The Digital Marketer will own and execute Footy's digital marketing strategy across social media, Google, influencers, and all digital platforms.
This person must be equal parts strategic thinker, content creator, and performance analyst — ensuring Footy's message reaches and excites our core audiences.
?Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
- Manage Footy's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts aligned with Footy's brand guidelines.
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement.
- Stay on top of trends and adapt campaigns for maximum reach.
Content Creation & Campaigns
- Work with designers and videographers to produce high-energy, trend-based content (short-form videos, stories, reels, graphics).
- Develop monthly content calendars with strong call-to-actions.
- Support new product launches and promotions with digital campaigns.
Paid Advertising & Google
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance (CPC, CTR, conversions, ROI).
- Ensure campaigns align with sales and brand objectives.
Influencer & Ambassador Management
- Identify, recruit, and manage influencers, ambassadors, and community partners.
- Negotiate collaborations, track deliverables, and measure impact.
- Support Footy's "Future Elites" program and school activations with digital reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track digital performance across platforms (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Use data to guide future campaigns and improve ROI.
General Digital Presence
- Manage website updates, SEO, and e-commerce integrations (where applicable).
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Explore new channels and technologies for brand growth.
?Key Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO / SEM, and analytics tools.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with ability to think visually and digitally.
- Experience with influencer management and community building.
- Video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) are a bonus.
- Passion for healthy living, lifestyle brands, and youth-driven marketing.
