Job summary

Bkb-Ltd in Bethlehem, South Africa, seeks a Depot Assistant to support the Depot Manager in handling grain operations at our depots. You will receive grain at OFD’s and BKB depots, manage intake to outload processes, and assist with outloading and ad hoc tasks.

The role involves supervising general workers and ensuring smooth operations at the depot, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with grain grading certification is required.
• 2 years’ grain handling experience, preferably in silo bags and bunkers.

Responsibilities

• Receive grain at OFD’s and BKB Depots.
• Process from intake to outload.
• Outloading of grain at OFD’s and BKB depots.
• Ad hoc tasks given by depot manager.
