Transnet Engineering is inviting dynamic and recently qualified graduates to join a two-year development programme in Pretoria. The programme provides structured learning and organizational support to gain practical experience.

During the 24 months, participants will shadow staff, attend workshops, and work on deliverables such as stakeholder communication, customer updates, and general administrative tasks within the department.

Qualifications

• National Diploma (NQF 6) or BCom in Human Resources or related.
• South African citizen.
• Up to 1 year relevant experience.
• Ages 18–35 years.

Responsibilities

• Shadow staff, participate in learning experiences and workshops.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and provide progress updates.
• Serve as central contact for supplier and end-user queries.
• Provide general administrative, research and assistance.
• Deliver project work individually and in a team.
