A global chemicals and energy company is seeking a skilled individual to manage induction and workplace readiness for their learnerships. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to learners. Ideal candidates will have a relevant diploma and at least 2 years of experience in mentorship and training coordination. The role is based in Johannesburg and offers a fixed-term contract.
