You will work alongside experienced specialists, assisting with data capture, content creation, and project tasks while building foundational advisory skills and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Financial Planning or related field (completed or final year).
• Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning / CFP progress advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating engagement sessions between internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in liaising with advisers, capture and organise data, support feedback collation.
• Assist with compiling financial planning related content.
• Support senior team members on technical product and advice matters, including adviser meetings prep.
• Assist with investment-related projects and daily tasks such as portfolio/product research.
• Help track progress on team projects and provide general administrative support.
• Help compile progress reports on projects and ad hoc business initiatives for senior review.
• Conduct research for adhoc projects as assigned by the team.
