This role emphasizes hands-on training, mentorship, and a strong foundation in software engineering, with a hybrid work model balancing in-office collaboration and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of programming principles and data structures.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, C++).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
