Job summary

HP South Africa invites recent graduates to join a cross-functional Graduate Program in Gauteng. You will gain a clear strategic view of the printing and computing markets while supporting customers and partners within the South-Central Africa Commercial Organization.

The program includes an individual development plan, soft-skill trainings, on-the-job stretch assignments, feedback sessions and coaching from IT leaders. It starts on 1 October 2026 with no joining-date flexibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field obtained within the last 12 months.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sales activities across the HP portfolio.
• Develop strategic understanding of printing and computing markets.
• Engage with customers and partners within the South-Central Africa Commercial Organization.
