Job summary

Newrest in Johannesburg seeks a motivated intern to support QHSE, purchasing, and production teams. You will assist in HACCP compliance, CCPs, non-conformances, and audit preparations while gaining hands-on experience in a multi-department environment.

You will also contribute to production planning, line operations, and logistics processes, including dishrooms, storage, and dispatch activities, under supervision.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Agri-Food Eng, Ops Mgmt, Logistics or SCM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office is mandatory.
• Internship experience or similar exposure is required.

Responsibilities

• Support QHSE with HACCP, CCPs and non-conformances.
• Assist with audit preparations and corrective actions.
• Contribute to production planning and use of Winrest.
• Assist on receiving, storage and dispatch processes.
