We are looking for a motivated Graduate Project Engineer with a strong passion for engineering, project delivery, and problem‑solving. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support and lead aspects of projects from concept design to commissioning.
  • Engage in cross‑functional project management.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams across design, manufacturing, procurement, and installation.
  • Assist with project planning, coordination, and reporting to ensure successful, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.
  • Conduct site visits to gain practical exposure to real‑world water treatment operations.
  • Collaborate with draughting teams to review and finalise technical drawings and designs.
  • Contribute to process improvement, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to support seamless project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: A completed BEng / BSc (NQF Level 8) in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or a related engineering field.
  • Experience: Graduate engineers and early‑career professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word essential).
  • Good analytical, research, and data‑handling skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Personal Attributes: Passionate about engineering and learning; strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset; attention to detail with effective time management; a team player who can also work independently; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
