We are looking for a motivated Graduate Project Engineer with a strong passion for engineering, project delivery, and problem‑solving. What You’ll Be Doing
- Support and lead aspects of projects from concept design to commissioning.
- Engage in cross‑functional project management.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams across design, manufacturing, procurement, and installation.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and reporting to ensure successful, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.
- Conduct site visits to gain practical exposure to real‑world water treatment operations.
- Collaborate with draughting teams to review and finalise technical drawings and designs.
- Contribute to process improvement, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to support seamless project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: A completed BEng / BSc (NQF Level 8) in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: Graduate engineers and early‑career professionals are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Excel and Word essential).
- Good analytical, research, and data‑handling skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Personal Attributes: Passionate about engineering and learning; strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset; attention to detail with effective time management; a team player who can also work independently; excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- Advantageous: Knowledge or interest in water treatment systems, process design, or environmental engineering.
