Job summary

RCL FOODS invites graduates to join a 3-year Management Trainee Programme aimed at developing authentic leadership through hands-on experiences in sugar manufacturing plants.

Trainees own real business projects while receiving mentorship, training and structured development. Flexibility to rotate across sites or provinces and to relocate for registration as a Professional Engineer is required.

Qualifications

• Completed or final-year studies in one of the listed science/health degrees.
• Strong academic results in majors during 2nd/3rd year.
• South African citizenship or permanent residency.
• Willingness to relocate and rotate across sites.

Responsibilities

• 3-year Management Trainee Programme with hands-on leadership exposure in sugar manufacturing plants.
• Trainees own real business projects while receiving mentorship and structured development.
• Rotate across sites or provinces and register as a Professional Engineer if required.
