Skills and Experience

• BSc Computer Science or similar tertiary qualification
• Solid understanding of C#
• Basic knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, XML
• Familiarity with databases and SQL (e.g. writing simple queries, joins, and updates)
• Understanding of version control (Azure DevOps).
• Awareness of software development life cycle (SDLC) and basic agile concepts

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new features and integrations.
• Support configuration and customisation of HR / ERP / Talent systems (e.g. TalentLink or similar platforms).
• Work with senior developers to build and maintain APIs, data mappings, and integrations between client systems and Prime Reason solutions.
• Help investigate and resolve defects, bugs, and performance issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including configuration guides, integration specs, and release notes.
• Collaborate with implementation and support teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Participate in code reviews, stand‑ups, and sprint ceremonies as part of an agile delivery team.
