Eskom Generation Division Head Office is offering eight 24-month Graduate in Training positions across its Process Control and Assurance and Project Accounting departments within a corporate energy finance environment.

The program provides comprehensive institutionalized and on-the-job training designed to upskill teams and support a range of finance functions. Applicants must be SA citizens and hold a relevant Bachelor's degree in Finance/Procurement/Transport/Supply Chain Management.

Qualifications

• Fully completed Bachelor's Degree (BCom or BA) in Finance, Procurement, Transport, or Supply Chain Management.
• Must be a South African citizen.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured institutionalized and on-the-job training across process control, assurance, or project accounting functions
• Assist finance teams with reporting, data analysis, process tracking, and administrative financial duties
• Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and customer focus
