Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis including company valuations and comparables.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including company valuations, comparable company analysis (CCA), and precedent transaction analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop complex financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and transaction structuring.
• Perform industry research and identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Support deal execution teams in mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field, with excellent academic standing.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including VBA, if possible) and strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
