About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Finance Officer to join our finance team on a 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update cash books to ensure accurate daily entries.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations to support financial accuracy.
  • Assist in debtors management, including follow-ups and collections support.
  • Prepare and capture financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Support the month-end process by compiling and verifying relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Use Excel for basic reporting, data entry, and reconciliation purposes.
Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential).
  • Basic Excel skills, comfortable using spreadsheets for data entry and reporting.
  • Reliable transport to the Atlantis office (this is an on-site role).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to learn.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team.
