Programme Overview
The Graduate Engineering Programme (GEP) offers a unique platform for emerging engineers to gain practical experience, professional growth, and exposure to multidisciplinary engineering environments across the Necsa Group. Through structured rotations and guided mentorship, participants will engage in real engineering challenges, develop technical and leadership competencies, and build a foundation for long-term career success within the organisation.
Key Features of the Programme
- Structured Rotational Assignments: Gain exposure to a variety of departments and functions such as Design, Operations, Maintenance, and Project Management.
