Overview

As a Graduate Engineer, you will participate in a 12-month entry-level program designed to help you build core engineering skills through hands-on experience with Rockwell Automation products. You will report to the Engineering Manager and work onsite in Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers.
• Prepare studies and analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Determine system specifications, input / output processes, and hardware / software compatibility.
• Coordinate subsystem design and integration of total systems.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies, recommending corrective actions.

Essentials

• Engineering degree in Automation or Industrial Computing.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.

The Preferred

• Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in engineering projects.
• Ability to do tasks independently while collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and communicating engineering concepts.
