Job Description

As a Graduate Engineer, you will participate in a 12‑month entry‑level program designed to help you build core engineering skills through hands‑on experience with Rockwell Automation products.

You will report to the Engineering Manager and work onsite in Randburg, Gauteng, South Africa.

Responsibilities

• Design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers.
• Prepare studies and analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Determine system specifications, input / output processes, and hardware / software compatibility.
• Coordinate subsystem design and integration of total systems.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies, recommending corrective actions.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Engineering degree in Automation or Industrial Computing.
• Ability and willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in engineering projects.
• Ability to do tasks independently while collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation and communicating engineering concepts.
