Purpose of the Role

The Graduate Investment Services Consultant will form part of the Client Service Centre, a critical component of the firm’s service offering to investors and independent financial advisers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, responsive, and world-class service, helping clients navigate their investment journey and build confidence in the organisation's long-term investment approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service to investors, potential investors, and independent financial advisers via inbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions
  • Build trust and credibility by explaining investment philosophy and long-term strategy
  • Educate clients about product offerings and fund information
  • Empower clients to make informed decisions through consistent communication
  • Take full ownership of all client transactions and ensure accuracy of records
  • Contribute to ongoing service enhancements through client feedback and problem-solving
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Science, Finance, Investments, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 65% in Mathematics (Matric)
  • Minimum average of 70% throughout university studies
