Qualifications

• NQF 7 in relevant property field is required.
• Knowledge of property development processes and governance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial property principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BDU team in commercial property development strategy and planning.
• Research and propose opportunities for new commercial property developments.
• Conduct market research to track competitors and trends.
• Produce information to forecast financial performance of projects.
• Analyse property valuation reports and consult stakeholders.
