You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements while participating in a structured graduate training program with learning opportunities and career progression in a forward-thinking organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are expected.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and systems.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in an office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Map current state processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes with alignment to objectives.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
