Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong academic track record.
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Data Science, or Computer Science (or related quantitative field).
• Interest or exposure to consulting, analytics, research or related activities.
• Committed to high-quality work and rapid learning in a client-focused, international environment.
• Proven analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills.
• Good commercial awareness and interest in healthcare industry.
• Excellent IT literacy (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Self-starter in cross-cultural, international teams.
• Interest in AI/machine learning/data science and tools like Python/R/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project methodology in brainstorming sessions.
• Conduct independent desk research using internal/external sources.
• Create client deliverables under supervision (sections of reports, presentations).
• Support thought leadership and internal knowledge development.
• Acquire knowledge of IQVIA data sources and advise team members.
• Develop knowledge of healthcare industry and consulting methodologies.
• Support projects across brand strategy, market access, launch excellence, portfolio strategy, insights, and healthcare innovation.
• Collaborate with international teams on global life sciences projects.
• Work in international/virtual teams across cultures and time zones.
• Research and analyze across global markets using international sources.
