Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a warm Grade R teacher for its foundation phase team in Nelspruit. You will create a nurturing, play-based curriculum that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Plan engaging lessons, assess progress, collaborate with parents, and contribute to a supportive school community dedicated to high-quality early childhood education. You will foster inclusive classrooms and partner with families to support each child’s unique development.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Early Childhood Development or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Grade R or similar early years setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
