Job description

Masibambane College is an independent school situated in Orange Farm, some 50km south of Johannesburg. The College caters for 1150 students from Grade R to Grade 12. Masibambane is an English medium school and follows the CAPS curriculum. The school is a member of the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA) and partners with the Anglican Church, Education Africa and St. Johns College.

Grade 2 Teacher
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
  • Completed Bachelors Degree in Education (Foundation Phase) and a PGCE or HDE
  • Execute academic policy and programme
  • Ability to teach isiZulu FAL
  • Understanding of the CAPS Curriculum
  • Understand and promote the ethos and vision of the College
  • Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all stakeholders
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and ability to use initiative
  • Work as part of a team
  • SACE registered
