Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.

• Assess, record, and report on student progress through formal and informal methods.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share effective teaching strategies.
• Participate in school events, assemblies, and parent meetings as required.
• Contribute to co‑curricular and enrichment activities within the Preparatory phase.

Ideal Candidate

• A recognised teaching qualification and SACE registration.
• A degree in Education or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience teaching in the Preparatory phase (Grade 2 or similar).
• Strong knowledge of child‑centred learning approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A reflective and growth‑oriented approach to teaching practice.
• A genuine passion for education and student development.
