About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Google PPC Specialist to lead, manage, and optimize our paid search campaigns.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Google Ads, a data-driven mindset, and a proven ability to generate conversions and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and other relevant networks.
- Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and define audience targeting strategies.
- Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement continuous optimization.
- Manage campaign budgets and bids to achieve ROI and CPA goals.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Optimization & Analysis:
- Perform ongoing keyword refinement, bid adjustments, and ad updates.
- Generate insightful performance reports with clear recommendations.
- Identify new growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Stay current with Google Ads innovations, updates, and best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with the marketing and creative teams to align PPC campaigns with broader brand and performance objectives.
- Communicate campaign progress and insights clearly to internal stakeholders.

Research & Strategy:
- Conduct competitor research to uncover new opportunities and strategies.
- Optimize Quality Scores while reducing cost per click.
- Test and evaluate new Google Ads features, betas, and tools.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving measurable conversions and ROI.
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, or Measurement) preferred.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
- Skilled in keyword research, ad copywriting, and analytics interpretation.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and other performance tools.
- E-commerce experience and conversion tracking knowledge (including half-conversion tracking).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Availability to work within Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
- Bonus Points:
- Experience with additional platforms (Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Background in e-commerce marketing.
