This is a remote, flexible opportunity for someone who thrives on data, performance marketing, and independent execution. You’ll be working with high‑budget Meta campaigns, testing strategies, and helping us scale in a fast‑moving, growth‑driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, test, and optimize Google ad campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Plan and execute Google performance strategies based on business goals.
  • Collaborate with our Creative team to identify top‑performing ad creatives and communication angles.
  • Analyze customer and market data to support testing and scaling decisions.
  • Take ownership of your campaigns—proactively reporting insights and results.
Qualifications
  • At least 1.5 years of hands‑on Google media‑buying experience.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and creative testing.
  • Experience in digital products and eCommerce (preferred).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Northbeam, Hyros, or similar (preferred).
Location
