EE Goodwood Accountant

Area: Goodwood, Cape Town, Western Cape

Appointment: Permanent, full-time position

Salary: R

  • CTC per month

Benefits: Provident fund and December Bonus (No other benefits)

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Qualification: Completed Diploma or Degree in Accounting

  • Essential Legal Requirements: Must have a clean Criminal Background and ITC (no bad debt, not under debt review and no judgements) - checks will be done on the shortlisted applicant.

To ensure the provision of a high-quality financial accounting service that supports the effective management of financial resources, within the statutory and regulatory guidelines.

The accountant reports to the Financial Manager and will be responsible for the full accounting duties such as the monthly processing of payroll, debtors, creditors, petty cash, banking accounts, statutory and monthly reporting.

EE female Accountant with a tertiary Qualification in Accounting (completed Diploma or Degree).

Matric with Accounting.

At least 3 years' experience in commerce and industry.

Must have experience with regarding to stock pricing and accounting.

Computer Literate – proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel Skills.

Previous Financial software package experience essential.

Payroll Administration experience will be an added advantage.

She must have ability to work comfortably in an open office environment.

Hands‑on approach with the capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.

Friendly and approachable demeanor, open to socializing within the office.

Strong ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
