Golf Event Coordinator

We’re seeking an organised and dynamic professional to join our golf division as a Project Junior Manager. You'll support the Golf Project Manager in delivering large-scale tournaments while taking responsibility for small to medium golf events. This is a fast‑paced role that blends administration, logistics, client service, and financial coordination, with opportunities to grow in project management and sports event delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Golf Project Manager with administration on large projects.
  • Manage small to medium golf events from planning to execution.
  • Draft budgets, event specifications, reports, and post‑event reconciliations.
  • Oversee RSVPs, guest relations, and event communications.
  • Coordinate logistics including accreditation, branding, and supplier management.
  • Maintain stock records and ensure timely preparation of event collateral.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in event management, business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in event / project management, ideally in sports.
  • Strong financial administration skills (budgets, POs, reconciliations).
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and client service skills.
  • Hands‑on experience with suppliers, logistics, and RSVP platforms.
  • Willingness to travel, work overtime, and be on‑site at tournaments.
