Job Overview

As a Golf Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Department, Senior Golf Managers, and Golf Project Manager in delivering professional golf tournaments and corporate golf days. The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, excellent communication and guest service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests during Pro‑Am and Golf Day events.
  • Manage RSVP processes, event invitations, and guest communications.
  • Prepare event collateral such as accreditation, vouchers, and tags.
  • Coordinate logistics including deliveries, stock, and supplier timelines.
  • Oversee storeroom management, stock control, and replenishments.
  • Provide on‑site support during tournaments, assisting with operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, branding teams, and internal departments.
  • Contribute to post‑event feedback and reporting for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills with proficiency in Excel.
