Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with site activation, start-up processes, and ethics approvals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across global teams.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading site identification, feasibility, regulatory submissions and site contracting.
• Developing and executing Site Activation Management Plans aligned to study strategy and objectives.
• Performing protocol amendments.
• Driving study start-up timelines and critical milestones.
• Managing regulatory strategies, approvals and essential study documentation.
• Negotiating contracts and regulatory documents while ensuring compliance.
• Identifying risks, resolving issues and implementing mitigation plans.
• Building strong relationships with sponsors, sites, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitoring project metrics, budgets, timelines and performance indicators.
• Providing project updates, reports, presentations and operational insights.
• Supporting proposal development, bid defence activities and customer engagement.
• Mentoring colleagues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
