• 4 years post-trade experience in relevant field.
• Caterpillar Advanced Certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop apprentices according to BWE and national requirements.
• Coordinate the development of artisans based on established training needs.
• Conduct institutional training according to national qualification requirements.
