Blacksmith Agency is seeking a recruiter to build an elite, fast-moving team. You own the hiring process from intake to offer, partnering with leadership to find top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

This role suits someone with a recruiter’s instinct who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves the chase of passive candidates. Remote work available for Latin America or South Africa.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech, digital, or creative agencies.
• Accountability mindset with ability to work without micromanagement.
• Global perspective across time zones and cultures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern ATS and automated workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to the final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa, and beyond.
• Provide every candidate a seamless, Blacksmith standard experience.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture, and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent for speed.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline and update hiring managers.
