Job summary

Placements24 is seeking dynamic and experienced Online Language Instructors to teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to a diverse range of learners. This fully remote role lets you teach from anywhere, designing engaging lesson plans and facilitating interactive online classes to help students improve their English proficiency for academic, professional, or personal goals.

The ideal candidate is a native or near-native English speaker with a Bachelor's degree, TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification,

Qualifications

Native or near-native English fluency.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification.
Proven online ESL teaching experience.
Proficiency with Zoom or Google Meet.
Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver structured ESL lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
Conduct online classes for individuals and small groups, adapting to various learning needs and levels.
Create a supportive and interactive online learning environment that encourages student participation.
Develop and utilize a variety of digital teaching materials, including presentations, interactive exercises, and multimedia resources.
Provide regular feedback on student progress, monitor their development, and assign appropriate practice tasks.
Manage class schedules, track student attendance, and maintain accurate records of learning outcomes.
