Qualifications

  • 5+ years post-graduate experience, ideally in Emergency, Trauma, or ICU settings.
  • Previous experience as a Unit Manager or Nurse Manager.
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
  • Experience in medical escort services is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage medical assistance cases in collaboration with Medical Directors.
  • Provide expert medical direction and case oversight from initial contact to resolution.
  • Coordinate hospitalisation, medical evacuations, and repatriations.
  • Deliver telephone-based medical assessments and advice to clients worldwide.
  • Liaise with physicians, insurance providers, and internal teams.
