Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. is seeking a Material Planning Manager to oversee global Aftersales parts supply and lead a team of three material planners. The role focuses on optimizing MRP in SAP to maximise availability while minimising obsolescence and costs.

You will drive KPIs for parts availability, collaborate with other parts operations teams, and ensure robust master data management and supplier escalations. Degree in Business or Engineering required with relevant spare-parts experience.

Formación

• Degree level in Business or Engineering; related experience valued.
• Operational spare parts knowledge and logistics experience.
• Strong SAP and MS Office skills; analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of three material planners to meet KPIs and service levels.
• Oversee day-to-day MRP planning in SAP to ensure availability.
• Collaborate with parts operations to resolve material-flow issues.
• Manage master data and supplier escalations; support inventory goals.
• Contribute to run/launch planning and IT system usage.
