Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational HR, and a high level of proficiency with HRIS systems. Experience in expatriate HR environments and dealing with the Middle East is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR operational experience, ideally in a large or international company.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR record-keeping.
• Support compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
