Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops operational plans for HR matters such as compensation, benefits, performance management and recruitment.
• Serves as strategic partner to leadership on HR issues.
• Acts as confidential advisor on sensitive people matters, including coaching and team effectiveness.
• Oversees implementation of HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
• Leads discussions on HR policies to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manages HR team performance and coaching.
