You will headhunt best qualified candidates under the No Cure, No Pay clause for our open vacancies and get an attractive commission scheme!
Responsibilities

- Source and recruit qualified candidates for open vacancies in Europe, Asia and LATAM.
- Headhunt candidates under the No Cure, No Pay clause.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and align candidate profiles with role needs.
- Maintain a proactive, pragmatic approach to recruitment while upholding best practices and ethics.
- Demonstrate motivation and technical recruiting expertise; stay tech-savvy and proactive in candidate outreach.
Qualifications
- Required Technical and Professional Expertise: Motivation and technical recruiting / headhunting knowledge; best practices and ethics; pragmatism; proactivity; tech-savvy.
- Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise: HR diploma or related academic knowledge in headhunting and talent acquisition.
