As the Global Head of Sales Development, you are the architect, owner, and leader of our entire global pipeline engine. Based in our Cape Town office, you will hire, coach, and lead our international teams of SDRs and SDR Managers (40+) located across the USA, South Africa, Kenya, and Manila.
Your mission is to build a "next-gen" SDR function, holding full P&L responsibility and owning the strategy for integrating a cutting-edge AI tech stack (Gemini, Vertex, OpenAI, etc.) to create a profound competitive advantage.
