Job summary

IAVI is seeking a Senior Director and Head of Biostatistics to lead the Biostatistics function across global biometrics activities, ensuring rigorous statistical approaches for study design, analysis, and regulatory support. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing statistical leadership for drug, vaccine, biologics, or related clinical development programs required.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial design, experimental design, power and sample size calculations, survival analysis, longitudinal data methods, and GLMs is required.
• Experience contributing to regulatory submissions, regulatory-facing documentation, or interactions required.
• Familiarity with ICH GCP, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and QA standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic statistical leadership across studies and programs.
• Lead or review protocols, SAPs, and study reports.
• Oversee vendor relationships and SOPs in Biostatistics.
• Support publications with statistical input and interpretation.
