This is a high-impact, operational role designed for candidates with strong technical foundations, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering a premium customer experience across a global network from Johannesburg to London, Dubai to New York. This role is not desk-bound; you will analyse product performance, troubleshoot complex technical cases, and collaborate with global teams to drive continuous improvement across systems, field operations, and installations.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse product and system performance across global regions, identifying trends, failures, and anomalies.
  • Produce technical reports, maintain dashboards, and validate field data.
  • Escalate systemic or design-related issues to R&D and support root-cause investigations.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting support and define corrective actions for complex technical issues.
  • Translate field insights into actionable product improvement recommendations.
  • Support testing and validation of engineering changes and system upgrades.
  • Create and update MEP, layout, and site readiness drawings; define site requirements for water, electrical, drainage, and space.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, CRM entries, and internal technical content.
  • Provide technical support to Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and field teams.
  • Ensure showroom and operational equipment is correctly configured and functional.
  • Contribute to workflow optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in a technical engineering role (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, automation, water treatment, or related).
  • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and system-level performance analysis skills.
  • Practical experience with refurb/repair processes and component-level analysis.
  • Experience creating or interpreting MEP, layout, and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with water treatment, filtration, pumping, or dosing systems is an advantage (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience working with field service data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Strong computer literacy, including Excel, CRM systems, and technical documentation tools.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical assemblies, wiring diagrams, plumbing, and electrical schematics.
  • Relevant engineering degree or diploma preferred; additional technical certifications advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license for site visits.
  • Understanding of compliance, certification testing, or quality assurance is beneficial.
Benefits
  • Global Exposure: Collaborate with international teams, suppliers, and customers, gaining valuable global experience.
  • Professional Development: Grow your leadership capabilities through mentorship, training, and increased responsibility.
  • Innovation & Impact: Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, reliability, and KPIs across a global fleet.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Join a high-performing, collaborative, and down-to-earth technical team.
  • Permanent Position: Enjoy stability while contributing to a rapidly expanding, premium brand.
